Restaurant Extraction Replacement, London
A busy 90-cover restaurant kitchen was struggling with an undersized, ageing canopy that couldn’t keep pace with a high-heat char-grill line. Staff reported the kitchen becoming uncomfortably hot during Friday and Saturday services, and the existing ductwork no longer met current fire-rating requirements.
Ventex surveyed the site, redesigned the canopy and ductwork run around the char-grill’s heat output, and delivered the full replacement over a single weekend closure canopy, fan set, controls and fire-rated ductwork all completed before Monday’s opening.
