Our Services
Your canopy is the first line of defence against heat, grease and steam. We supply and install condensate, capture-jet, and standard extraction canopies sized correctly for your cooking line not an off-the-shelf fit that leaves gaps in coverage.
Every canopy is built from grade 304 stainless steel, fitted with the appropriate baffle or cartridge filters for your cooking style, and sealed to prevent grease from escaping into the ceiling void.
A canopy is only as good as the fan and ductwork behind it. We design and install full extraction system fans, attenuators, dampers, and controls sized to move the right volume of air without turning your kitchen into a wind tunnel or leaving it stuffy.
Where noise or space is tight, we can specify low-noise fan sets and acoustic attenuation so the system meets planning conditions as well as kitchen airflow needs.
All ductwork is fabricated and installed to DW172 and HVAC standards, with welded or flanged joints, correct fire-rated construction where it passes through compartment walls, and access panels positioned so your cleaning contractor can actually reach the run.
We route ductwork to suit your building, not the other way round, minimising disruption to ceilings, plant rooms and existing services.
For new builds, refits and change-of-use kitchens, we produce full ventilation design airflow calculations, canopy and ductwork layout, fan selection and plant space requirements before installation begins.
We work directly with architects, M&E consultants and kitchen designers so extraction is planned in from day one instead of being squeezed in around finished ceilings.
A kitchen that’s too hot, too noisy, or tripping its extraction fan mid-service needs a fast, accurate diagnosis, not a guess. Our engineers fault-find fans, motors, belts, dampers, and controls, and carry common parts on the van to fix issues on the first visit wherever possible.
For urgent breakdowns, we operate a 24/7 emergency call-out service, so a failed extraction system doesn’t have to mean a closed kitchen.
Grease build-up is the single biggest cause of extraction fires and airflow loss in commercial kitchens. Our planned maintenance contracts keep filters, fans and ductwork performing as designed, with a paper trail ready for your insurer or Environmental Health inspection.
Visit frequency is set around how hard your kitchen runs from quarterly light-use sites to monthly visits for high-volume kitchens not a fixed schedule that doesn’t fit your business.
How It Works
01
An engineer visits your kitchen, checks the current setup and talks through what you need.
02
We put together a fixed, itemised quote and design drawing where relevant no surprises later.
03
Our own engineers carry out the work, scheduled around your service hours wherever possible.
04
You get a full compliance pack, plus the option of a planned maintenance contract.
